To the Aries Dark Region

Jaque’s Station finally moved! Sadly, it only moved a few light years to HIP 110079 from HIP 110620:
That was enough for me to get bored, so I did some aimless exploring, and found this really cool-looking gas giant:
I rather like exploring now, so I’ve given up on Jaque’s Station and set a course for Aries Dark Region. There’s almost nothing out there, but it’s on the way to the Pleiades Nebula, which is a place I want to visit.
Along the way, I’m exploring systems I jump into, which should net me quite a bit by the time I get back, even though I’m not getting paid a lot per system. When the foghorn went off in one of them, I discovered a large number of objects.
Really excited for this trip, because I’m getting a sense of purpose from it I wasn’t getting before from this game. Sure, bounty hunting is something to do, but it doesn’t mean much, if you know what I mean. I’m just another bounty hunter in the sea of bounty hunters. And while I’m just another explorer in the sea of explorers, exploring gives me a better chance to put my name on the E:D universe, even if it’s just a few remote areas nobody is ever going to visit.
In other news, I’ve turned off the ship voice. It’s a lot more calming to me not hearing it after it’s gotten so repetitive with all the charging, jumping, and fuel scooping.
